| What Is Not Included: Personal expenses, incidental hotel charges such as movies, telephone calls, room service, laundry, meals not listed, alcoholic beverages, mini-bar charges, luggage fees and additional fuel surcharges as imposed by airlines or cruiselines. Gratuities for guides and drivers are also not included in tour cost. |
| To give every traveler an equal opportunity to see the sights, we follow a seat rotation policy on our domestic motor coach tours. Many times, travelers wish to keep the same seat and not be part of the rotation. These travelers can take a seat toward the back of the coach to be removed from the rotation policy. Please consult with the Tour Director before doing so. |
| No smoking is permitted on any of our motor coaches. In the hotels, we reserve non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in your non-smoking room, the hotel will charge you directly a minimum of $200 cleanup fee. |
| All documents will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to departure. Documents include a daily itinerary, clothing suggestions, a list of hotel phone numbers, name badge, luggage tag and any other information concerning your tour. If you are departing from the Chicagoland area, we will not include air tickets in your documents. Our Fancy-Free Holidays representative will meet you at the airport with these important documents and assist you through check-in. |
 For Chicago area travelers in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will Counties, Rockford Walmart SuperCenter, The Rochelle Travel Plaza, Racine McDonald’s RT 20 and I-94, Legacy Tour & Travel will arrange transportation that will take you to meet your motor coach or to the airport to join your tour. For those outside these counties or pickup locations, there will be a minimum $40 p/p additional charge. Cruises do not include limo transfers from your home to airport. |
 NTA is the primary domestic escorted tour industry association in North America. With only 600 tour company members from the United States and Canada, NTA requires each tour company to abide by a strict code of ethics that protects the traveling public. All tour operator members are required to carry at least $1 million in general public liability and professional liability, errors and omissions insurance.

| Only a deposit will hold your reservation. Each tour has the deposit requirements listed. Your deposit is due within five (5) days of making your reservation. |
 Fancy-Free Holidays will accept cash, personal checks or payment by either Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards. Deposit amount is listed in each tour and is due within 5 days of making the reservation. Cost of Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance premium is an additional cost and listed in each itinerary. Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance must be purchased with the initial deposit. If you do not wish to buy this insurance, it can be removed from the deposit. Final payment date will be indicated on your printed receipt. |
| Each tour will list the Terms of Deposit, Final Payment and Cancellation Policy. If you have purchased the Optional Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance with you tour package, this premium is not refundable. |
| Flying into Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean: To enter or leave Canada or the Caribbean, all U.S. Citizens must carry proof of citizenship which is a valid passport. Non-citizens must have a valid passport, passport card visa or alien card which permits re-entry. Motorcoach into Canada or Mexico: Motorcoach into Canada or Mexico: All passengers will also need a valid passport, or passport card, for travel to and from Canada by motorcoach. You can also use a Passport Card for Motorcoach into Canada or Mexico. Cruise: All citizens need a valid passport to travel on a cruiseship. Boarding will be denied for those without proper documentation. Other International Destinations: To enter and leave all other foreign countries, U.S. Citizens must carry a valid passport. Certain destinations may require a visa in addition to a passport. Fancy-Free Holidays will secure any visas for you for an additional fee. The additional fees are listed at the end of the itinerary. Non-citizens must carry a valid passport, visa or alien card, and a multiple entry visa for return to the U.S. |
| Tour membership: our membership is available to all travelers and will not be withheld if Fancy-Free Holidays can furnish special requirements an individual may need. Should meeting these requirements materially add to Fancy-Free Holidays’ cost, the Tour Member will be expected to pay these additional costs. Fancy-Free Holidays and our Tour Director retain the right to terminate the membership of any member if any physical or mental handicap becomes apparent while on tour and causes hardship for the Tour Director and /or other Tour Members. Fancy-Free Holidays is not responsible for any losses or damages to personal property, or for injuries, expenses or damages incurred or claims by any Tour Member. Fancy-Free Holidays is unable to provide transportation for travel to home other than the transportation on the scheduled return date. Children must be at least 8 years old and accompanied by an adult for motorcoach tours. Responsibility: These programs are operated by Fancy-Free Holidays, Inc., 1320 N. Route 59, Suite 170, Naperville, IL 60563 and members of the Travel Alliance Partners (TAP). Fancy-Free Holidays and TAP Partners are not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or other loss or expense arising out of the negligence or acts of any air carrier, hotel, cruise line or anyone rendering any of these services, nor shall they be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from any causes beyond their control, including (but not limited to) acts of God, riots, theft, epidemics, quarantines, floods, storms, strikes, medical or customs regulations, dangers incident to the sea, or air, strikes, acts of Government or other authorities (de jure or de facto), defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules or for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports or visas. Prices Subject to Change: In the event a supplier adjusts the cost of a tour component, fuel costs significantly increase, the dollar weakens against foreign currency or the Government changes the departure taxes, Fancy-Free Holidays reserves the right to adjust the price of any tour up to the time of departure. Port charges and departure taxes are regulated by the government and may be changed at any time. Airlines, Motorcoach Companies and Cruise Lines reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge at any time. All foreign travel has been costed based on the present exchange rate. Prices of current catalog supercede any previously published price. Travel Deviations: There will be a $100 minimum p/p charge for deviations from listed tour departure or return dates. Changes to reservations after final payment is received and / or documents have been issued are considered a cancellation and charges may apply. Once any special tickets have been purchased, the tour is not refundable. Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance: Cost of benefits supplied by TripMate is available for an additional cost on each tour and cruise. Premium is included in the initial deposit and must be paid with this deposit. Passenger must be healthy and capable of travel at the time of reserving the tour or cruise. Insurance premium is not refundable. |
