Daily Itinerary:

  • Your adventure begins!
  • Sit back and leave the driving to us! Enjoy your ride in a comfortable Hawkeye Stages motorcoach with an experienced driver
  • Enjoy the scenic views and get to know your travel mates as we continue east towards New York’s Finger Lakes region
  • After dinner together at The Brewerie at Union Station, a historic landmark, enjoy a relaxing overnight in Erie, PA  Hampton Inn – Erie, PA (D)

  • “Lucy, I’m Home!” Those words, spoken by Desi Arnaz on almost every I Love Lucy episode, will most likely come to mind on our guided tour of the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum & Center for Comedy and Desilu Studios
  • An explosion of brilliant colors awaits us as we enjoy a guided tour of the Corning Museum of Glass that includes a live glass blowing demonstration
  • After dinner together at Sorge’s Restaurant, known for being a warm space with old-world flair and great food, we’ll enjoy a relaxing overnight in the Corning area  – Horseheads, NY (B,D)

  • We’ll start our day with a local guide to learn more about the area where Mark Twain, while spending summers at his in-laws, was reported to have written "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn", "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”, "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court" and other works
  • An enjoyable way to spend the afternoon – taking a cruise on Seneca Lake and learning about the history of the lake and the surrounding area
  • Red or white? Sweet or dry? We’ll tour Lakewood Vineyards and enjoy wines made from locally grown grapes
  • Prior to turning in for the night in Geneva, NY, we’ll enjoy dinner together at The Cobblestone Restaurant, built as a Tavern and Stage Coach Stop in the 1700s, known for its regional dining specialties  Fairfield Inn – Geneva, NY (B,D)

  • Known internationally, Niagara Falls, is a must-see for its natural breathtaking beauty
  • You may get a little wet, however, the Maid of the Mist boat ride to the base of Horseshoe Falls is a thrilling must-do
  • Enjoy free time to explore. Please note: Should you wish to visit the Canadian side of the Falls; you will need a valid passport
  • Tonight, we’ll enjoy our farewell dinner at a local restaurant
  • Enjoy a relaxing overnight at the Bayfront Hotel overlooking Lake Erie, one of the Great Lakes Sheraton Bayfront Hotel – Erie, PA (B,D)

  • Bidding a fond farewell to New York and Pennsylvania, we start our return journey home
  • Sit back, relax and enjoy the passing views while sharing your trip highlights with your follow travel mates
