| All documents will be mailed approximately two weeks prior to departure. Documents include a daily itinerary, clothing suggestions, a list of hotel phone numbers, name badge, luggage tag and any other information concerning your tour. If you are departing from the Chicagoland area, we will not include air tickets in your documents. Our Fancy-Free Holidays representative will meet you at the airport with these important documents and assist you through check-in.
