Daily Itinerary:

DAY 1  We depart this morning for our French Canadian tour. 2017 is the 150th anniversary of Canadian Independence.  Our destination today is London, Ontario where we overnight. Lamplighter Inn – London, ON (D)

DAY 2
We drive to Toronto this morning where we have our included lunch in the revolving restaurant at the top of the C N Tower, the tallest free-standing structure in the world. We then continue our drive to Gananoque on the banks of the St Lawrence River and the entrance to the Thousand Islands. Dinner is included this evening. Holiday Inn Express – Gananoque, ON (B,L,D)

DAY 3
This morning we enjoy the Lost Ships of the 1000 Islands Boat Cruise. This is a unique experience that combines historical photos, side-scan sonar imagining, video and commentary as we discover the lost treasures that have been hidden below the water’s surface for centuries. We then drive into the province of Quebec and make our way to the beautiful city of Montreal where we spend the next 2 nights. Dinner is included this evening. Gouverneur Hotel – Montreal, QC (B,D)

DAY 4
This morning a local guide joins us for a guided city tour of Montreal as we visit the Notre Dame Basilica, the old French District, St Joseph’s Oratory and Mt Royal Viewpoint. The afternoon is free to explore the numerous museums, galleries and great restaurants. Gouverneur Hotel – Montreal, QC (B)

DAY 5
This morning we drive to Ottawa, Canada’s sparkling capital city. A local guide will join us for a comprehensive city tour to view Parliament Hill, the Prime Minister’s House, Embassy Row and more. This afternoon we enjoy a lovely cruise along the famous Rideau Canal. We check into our hotel before our included dinner. Radisson Hotel – Ottawa, ON (B,D)

DAY 6
Our travels take us west to Hoselton Sculptures where we enjoy a guided tour. This unique process of creating beautiful sculptures are made from utilizing recycled aluminum alloy and sand casting. As we continue toward home, we stop in Cambridge to overnight and enjoy our farewell dinner. Cambridge Hotel – Cambridge, ON (B,D)

DAY 7
We continue our journey home with fond memories of our French Canadian experience. We arrive home early this evening. (B)
