Daily Itinerary:

DAY 1 We fly to Sacramento and meet our Tour Manager. Enjoy a fun dinner event aboard the Sacramento River Train.  Crowne Plaza or Similar - Sacramento, CA  (D)

DAY 2 
This morning enjoy touring of Sacramento including the California State Railroad Museum.  In the afernoon, travel to Ukiah where we stay the night. Dinner is included this evening. Hampton Inn - Ukiah, CA  (B,D)

Today we board the Skunk Train for a scenic ride through the redwoods of California.  Then travel south into wine country and stop near Healdsburg for a guided winery tour and tasting.   Best Western Plus Dry Creek Inn -  Healdsburg, CA  (DCB,L)

DAY 4 
We travel to beautiful Napa Valley, board the Napa Valley Wine Train and enjoy lunch and wine tasting on the train.   Then it’s off to San Francisco to explore Fisherman’s Wharf and  Pier 39 or ride the famous San Francisco Trolley.  The evening is free.  Embassy Suites - Burlingame, CA  (B,L)

DAY 5 
We travel south and board the Roaring Camp Railroad to enjoy a ride amid the pristine beauty of the mountains.  Next visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium and go behind the scenes. Next we drive the beautiful “17-Mile Drive” past the world famous Pebble Beach. We return to Monerey and have time to explore Cannery Row on our own.   Mariposa Inn - Monterey, CA  (DCB)

We travel to Yosemite National Park and tour the park’s most famous scenic highlights on the Valley tram.  See famous sites such as El Capitan, the Merced River, Yosemite Falls and Bridal Veil Falls.  After spending the day in Yosemite we relax at our accommodations in Mariposa. DAY 7 
Today we visit Railtown 1897 State Historic Park.  Known as “The Movie Railroad,” its historic locomotives and cars have starred in hundreds of film and TV productions.  Next we stop at Ironstone Vineyards, located in the Sierra Foothills, California’s scenic Gold Rush Country. Enjoy a gourmet lunch at the Culinary Center. We then travel to Sacramento and the evening is free to enjoy dinner on own in Old Town. Crowne Plaze or Similar - Sacramento, CA  (B,L)

We transfer to the Sacramento Airport for our flight home.  (B)
